Victory does not belong to a person.
Victory belongs to all that is good and beautiful, and worth believing in. Victory is in our hearts, not on stage. As Robert DuValle's character says in the movie SECOND HAND LIONS, "It don't matter whether it's true or not. Believe in something because there are some things worth believing in." I claim also to my side, all that is true to the heart, all that demands my love, and what that is cannot be influenced by a mediocre basement experimenter futzing around with computer sound cards and a mad desire to dominate usenet. |
