1) If BS like that threatens his job, then the boss needs to have his
head examined.

Translation: "I'm so goddamned stupid that I can't figure out why a manager
might resent receiving complaints about an employee."

2) If I wasn't ****ed about the distraction from Arny, getting a bunch
of e-mail and mail as further distraction just might to the trick.

Translation: "I'm sure everybody else is just as angry all the time as I am.

Leave it alone unless you want to file a civil suit against Arny and
we can all watch with amusement that futility.
