TT after many years without

I have a nice sytem, arcam amp, tuner and cd. I had two TT's but
neither is worth fixing and I want one for two purposes, to archive my
music on my computer and make CD's and to have for when I want to

used) or Pro-ject Debut ll or lll, and the Goldring GR. I am not sure
what else is out there at this price point ($300 or so) that I should

distinquishes itself above the rest. Wondering which is the best to
buy. (If I can get the used Pro-Ject 1.2 I think that would be it but I
am not sure if I will win the auction at a price I am comfortable
paying).

Any advise appreciated by this old newbie.

All of these TTs are good bargains for the money, but I would look
particularly carefully at the Goldring. They are a great bargain right
now, and the arm is a Rega, which sounds great and is highly rated.
