I just bought a NAKAMICHI CR-7A cassette recorder and it seems to have
problems. 1) When I power it up there no lights on the VU screen panel. 2) When I put a tape in & press PLAY or FF there is some minor movement but then nothing. 3) When I turn the OUTPUT volumn to Maximum I get buzzing. When I turn it halfway I get motorboating. Any help is appreciated. Terry in Texas |

Power supply? 2) When I put a tape in & press PLAY or FF there is some minor movement but then nothing. Mtoro movement or just the tape jumping because you are moving the transport into the cassette? 3) When I turn the OUTPUT volumn to Maximum I get buzzing. When I turn it halfway I get motorboating. Maybe still power supply. Any help is appreciated. Terry in Texas |
