Default the water mark left on the records after cleaning

Dear Listers,

Here is what I did: I made the home-brew liquid with 1 part
isopropanol, 3 parts distilled water, and a drop of Palmolive Dishwash
Original. I sprayed them to the records, and cleaned with a soft
brush, in circles from inner to the outer grooves. After this, I
sprayed the distilled water onto the records. I sprayed with a force
to drive the cleaning liquid off the record's outer rim. Then I
pressed the records with a towel until records were dry. I played the
records and found the noise was greatly reduced. But here is the
problem. When I breathed out onto the records, I found the water mark
appeared (and of course quickly evaporated). It was random water mark,
which led me to believe that it was done by pressing the records with
the towel to dry them. My question is: is it unavoidable unless I dry
records with vacuum, or something wrong with my procedure to cause
this? Is it harmful to the records? Thank you!
