Default Basic integrated amp

I'm looking for a basic integrated to drive a pair of Paradigm speakers.
Three models I've looked at:

Arcam A65+
NAD C320BEE (w/ PP-2 phono pre)
Rotel RA-02

They seem pretty interchangeable to me--similar power, similar price, etc.
Is there anythign that distinguishes them under the hood (where I'm no
expert)?

PA
