Show's how lame you are....another cheap attempt to smear by
association.

None of the above agree on everything or even much of anything.
The only thing we do is refuse to bow to your clique's goose stepping
thought control through ridicule and intimidation.

That...and I like to see your panties in a wad, but this post of
yours shows I underestimated how really wadded your panties are.

Witless barks languidly in frustration and futility.

Show's

Do you mean Mr. Show? Or perhaps Albert G. Show?

how lame

Sorry, that doesn't make sense. A possessive has to be followed by a noun
or noun phrase. Do try again to say something that's intelligible to human
beings, cretin.

Only to the totally anal retentive grammar cops
of the world like you.

But I wouldn't want you to feel left out.

So George, now that you've ruled out a career with SETI,
what does get you off the couch in the morning?

As expected, the undertone of envy rings through your tirade. Yes, I could
have been a scientist, but I *chose* otherwise. You did not have that
option because you're a Special Person. If you would be a good doggie and
beg for pity, you might actually get some. (Especially from Jenn, who
still feels sorry for you more often than not.)

I know. I really should apologize to Arns, nob, and Clyde. All three
of them are smarter than you are.

The thing that you all agree on is your 'logic.' Clyde only sometimes
slips into your 'logical' clique here. Arns and nob live there with
you.

None of the above agree on everything or even much of anything.

Are you intimidated? What a wimp! LOL!

And as I've said several times: you get to 'think' whatever you want

Perhaps...and smarter than you. Let's count the examples of the
depth of your delusion to follow.

The thing that you all agree on is your 'logic.'

1) The delusionary self-proclaimed expert in logic.
Hey...it's just reality that causes you problems right?

Clyde only sometimes
slips into your 'logical' clique here. Arns and nob live there with
you.

Are you intimidated? What a wimp! LOL!

2) Delusions of grandeur....again.

And as I've said several times: you get to 'think' whatever you want
to. I get to poke holes in your illogic and show your stupidity.

3) A two-fer...logic and grandeur.

That...and I like to see your panties in a wad, but this post of

No wadded panties, toopid.

4) It was just a figure of speech....lol

Ah. This should be good. An 'analysis' by toopid. LOL!

The thing that you all agree on is your 'logic.'

1) The delusionary self-proclaimed expert in logic.

no, toopid, I make no such claim. But when one (such as yourself)
cannot understand the simplest expression of logic, I suppose that
does make it look like somebody who does is an "expert." LOL!

Hey...it's just reality that causes you problems right?

Like all of the people who trust republicans regarding defense against
terrorism, etc.? LOL!

Yes, there is a large problem with reality here, toopid...

Clyde only sometimes
slips into your 'logical' clique here. Arns and nob live there with
you.

None of the above agree on everything or even much of anything.

2) Delusions of grandeur....again.

Anybody with a 'brain' would see that I was saying there is no reason
to be intimidated, and that if you felt that way, you are a wimp.

How that becomes a "Delusion of grandeur" in your 'mind' escapes me.

NOTE: I do not contest the fact that I ridicule you. As do many, many
others here. Laughing at you is fun.

And as I've said several times: you get to 'think' whatever you want
to. I get to poke holes in your illogic and show your stupidity.

3) A two-fer...logic and grandeur.

No "granduer," toopid. It's just a fact. The funniest part is that
you don't even know how stupid you are. And you actually seem to
think that you're bright. LOL!

That...and I like to see your panties in a wad, but this post of
yours shows I underestimated how really wadded your panties are.

No wadded panties, toopid.

4) It was just a figure of speech....lol

Yes, and used twice in the sentence even. But I'm sure that you didn't
mean it, toopid.

mocking your stupidity.

Why, toopid, that's simply not true. Somebody as 'bright' as you are
would certainly know that.

"Every step" would indicate that I also mock your on-topic posts. I do
not.

Say, you never answered. Isn't it interesting that GEN Petreus agrees

you've said?

Well, I do admit that I haven't been posting mindless OT links...

So what do you feel that you bring to "the party," toopid, other than
the constant drumbeat of OT right-wing radio and blog talking
'points'? Exactly what is it that makes you feel superior?

(I'm not really all that interested in your response. I'm just being

Could you give us an example of a poodle-like remark?

"Is this your life?"

I've encountered
quite a few poodles, but I must confess........

That they bark a lot about nothing?

toopid's too high-strung to be a terrier. He's much more like a
poodle. To be entirely accurate, he's much more like a cross between a
poodle and a donkey.

I'm thinking Chihuahua, the illegal immigrant poster dog. :-)

But he does have an element of the terrier, the way he grabs hold of a
thought he can't digest and worries it until it's no longer recognizable.
He's certainly stubborn like a donkey. I think you also need an animal
that connotes stupidity. Can anybody think of an animal that succumbs
easily to herd-think and does stupid things because the rest of the herd
is stampeding? ;-)

I would say possibly the elephant, but there is a big problem with
this (pay attention, Clyde):

"African, as well as Asiatic males will engage in same-sex bonding and
mounting. Such encounters are often associated with affectionate
interactions such as kissing, trunk intertwining or placing trunks in
each other's mouth. The encounters are analogous to heterosexual
bouts, one male often extending his trunk along the other's back and
pushing forward with his tusks to signify his intention to mount.
Unlike heterosexual relations, which are always of a fleeting nature,
often males will form a "companionship" consisting of an older
individual and one or two younger attendant males. Same sex relations
are common and frequent in both sexes, with Asiatic elephants in
captivity devoting roughly 45% of sexual encounters to same-sex
activity."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elephant#Social_behavior

That is *definitely* not conservative behavior. One wonders if the
republicans truly researched their symbol very thoroughly.

And one wonders about the "Natural Mode" of things that Clyde hangs
his hat on... LOL!

What would Darwin say? And why did god make them that way 5,000 years
ago if he's so opposed to that behavior? Who'd a thunk that elephants
could be so damned *immoral*?

Agreed. Let's poach them and steal their ivory.

That would show them! There'd be no tusk-rubbing then!

You can rest assured that none of *those* elephants will be serving the
U.S. Army.

Let's see if the Army follows its "reject-recruit-reject" history.
There's a new discussion underway to allow gays in the military.

One Senator said the Army is wasting tons of money with their witch-hunts.
Another Senator said the scale of the waste is being exaggerated because
some straight people are saying they're Gay just to get tossed out. And then
there's Lt. Gen. Homophobe, who said yesterday that many "moral" homophobes
(like himself) would object to being in the same room with "immoral" homos.
God bless the military!

BTW, why does a Lt. Gen. outrank a Maj. Gen.? It's the reverse of regular
majors and lieutenants. I'm mystified.

Back in the day, there were only brigadier and major generals. I'm not
sure why, when three-star generals appeared in the US Army during the
Civil War, they were called lieutenant generals. Perhaps it was a what
other nations called their three-star generals.

Some countries, including Germany and France (I think), have had
"Colonel Generals." I think Alfred Jodl was one.

Trivia: Can you name the only two six-star "General of the Armies" in
US history, and the one general who turned that promotion down? (Not a
typo: General of the Army is what a five-star general is called.)

No idea. Wild guess: Pershing.

And why would they? They don't want to get sent to Iraq.

Does anyone remember the scene in "Biloxi Blues", Neil Simon's account
of his army days, where the line of marching soldiers is stopped, one
is called out, identified as having committed a homosexual act,
arrested and hauled off to military prison. I'm open to correction on
the details of the scene, but I found it very moving, and of course
quite disgraceful.

IIRC, MacArthur.
