there is a sound effect i want to duplicate

most often you hear it in commercials, tv or radio
when they want to make something sound really dynamic and stupendous
for example, a monster truck rally

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MONSTER TRUCK RALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that kind of thing

it almost sounds like there is spaciousness, even in mono on a cheap
radio

it;s definitely some kind of delay
guess would be between 4 and 8 ms
but is it multitap? does it change? is there feedback? what would the
wet/dry mix be?

it seems to produce some kind of comb filtering so it;s probably below
10ms..
