How to enter the dimensions and cure yourself

Hi,
I am taking the liberty of sending you the whole of my last chapter
which I am sure you will like as much as I enjoyed writing it!

CHAPTER XX
How to enter the Dimensions.
A - The Physical Dimension.
It is a prerequisite before doing these exercises to be already in the
God Body, and to be familiar with the whole of chapter 19.

We have discussed in Chapter 3 how each organ in our body can be
considered
to be a complete living entity, and that therefore it is logical to
talk to any organ we wish as we would talk to anybody. We will now see
how we can talk to our organs more effectively by using some of the new
techniques described in chapter 19, namely by first entering the
physical dimension, then using the 4 required rules when asking for
anything, as developed in the "Scientific method of praying", namely
Love, Forgiveness, Thanks, and Faith.

The gateway to enter the physical dimension is of course the centre of
the Base Cone. So after making sure you are in the God Body, enter by
seeing yourself walk in through this chakra, then rising up to spread
out into the whole physical body.
Now start by doing an overall toning up and curing or perfecting of
each group of organs.
First visualize your feet and legs and send a telepathic message which
you can make up yourself, but following the 4 rules and which could be
"I love you for all your hard work and thank you for looking after
yourself so well. Please forgive me if I have not been looking after
you properly" Then make sure you add to your visualization healthy,
strong, and vibrant organs.
Next go to the lower body area, sexual organs, liver, tummy, etc. and
do the same exercise as above, seeing each organ in turn, strong,
vibrant, healthy
Then you can visit your spinal column and the muscles around it,
keeping it straight and healthy.
Next visit your lungs, your heart, your digestive tract, and the
muscles keeping your back straight. Not forgetting your two arms.
Finally you will see your head and neck and all the vital organs we
have here.
Now that you have completed the overall toning up you can go to each
particular organ requiring special attention. Before doing this part of
the exercise look up any documents you can find about this organ. Study
it in detail so that you can visualize it both in its present condition
and in the corrected condition you would like to have it in.
Consider all these organs as your best friends. And before leaving them
tell them all that you would like to see them rejuvenating and
revitalising themselves, as per the criteria in the Etheric Dimension .
You will find the proof of the success of your visit when you re-enter
this dimension for the second time. Even before you start spreading
out to cover your body you will receive a powerful and emotional answer
to your first visit: "We love you too" . This will seal your
friendship.
B - The Etheric, Emotional, and Lower Thinking Mind Dimensions.
You can enter these three Personality dimensions through their chakras
after elevating yourself to the God Body level.

Etheric body: The function of the Etheric Body is to cure the physical
body and return it to the optimum conditions as existing in its
template.
So when you enter here, visualize this Template as a healthy vibrant
orange color vibrational body covering the physical body and extending
slightly beyond it. See it effecting all the changes required to return
and maintain the physical body in its optimum healthy condition.

Send your Etheric Body your love and thanks for the work it is doing,
and apologize to it for the difficulties you are causing it by your
constant actions on the physical body

Your Etheric body was created by your Soul for the specific purpose of
overseeing and repairing your physical body. They were born together
and are ageing together and will die together. In the meantime it is a
living entity and appreciates love and affection. Let's start by
giving it a name, and let us visit its world together. We'll call it
"Ethera" and we will revisit with it all the body organs we
already visited while we were in the physical dimension.

First visualize your feet and legs and see Ethera covering them and
spreading slightly outside their limits with its Etheric template.
Examine this template to see if it is vibrant with health and energy.
Ask Ethera if it has all it needs to function properly, if there is
anything you can do to cooperate or help. Then send a telepathic
message which you can make up yourself, but following the 4 rules and
which could be "I love you for all your hard work and thank you for
looking after my physical body so well. Please forgive me if I have not
been looking after you properly" Then make sure you add to your
visualization healthy, strong, and vibrant organs.
Next go to the lower body area, sexual organs, liver, tummy, etc. and
do the same exercise as above, seeing each organ in turn, strong,
vibrant, healthy

Finally you will see your head and neck and all the vital organs you

Then revisit those areas needing special attention and ask Ethera what
you can do to cooperate in returning them to their optimum state.
Before leaving don't forget to send your message of love, thanks, and
apologies for being so late in doing her this visit.
Emotional Body: You will enter this body through the Solar Plexus in
the center of the body. Again, send your love, and thanks, and
apologies. Visualize the emotion of Unconditional Love as dominating
over all other emotions and feelings and send a powerful telepathic
message forbidding any negative emotions.
"All emotions emanating from you from now on will contain thoughts
of love and forgiveness. This is a prime directive and we will accept
no derogation! Is this clear? We, in the name of the United Minds of
our God Body give you now these
Instructions and we are sure that you will realize the importance of
following them to the letter in the interest of us all, to enable us to
live a happy and prosperous life"

Lower Mental Body: You will enter this body from the Heart Chakra.
Send your love, your thanks, and your apologies.
Then visualize this dimension as united to the other two minds, the
Upper Mind body, and the Universal Mind.
Send the following telepathic message before leaving:
"Starting today, you are no longer working on your own! You are now
united to the Upper Mind and the Universal Mind, and we are now
functioning together with the direct help we are receiving from our
Spiritual friends.
This being the case, take special care when emitting a thought or
opinion, to take your time. And think twice before every statement you
make and make certain that your statements emanate from your United
Minds. By doing this you will be making certain that we will be living
a happy and prosperous life. Know that we, the United Minds and the God
Body, love you immensely, and we thank you. "

C - The Astral Dimension - top division
It is a prerequisite before doing these exercises to be already in the
God Body, and to be familiar with the whole of chapter 19.
How to visit the Astral Dimensional body through the throat chakra.
Visualize your throat chakra; meditate on it for a while. It is the
entry point to this dimension.
When it becomes clearly visible in your mind's eye, walk into it.

Float upwards to the top division, which is the depository for all the
knowledge in the earth plane.

You will see clouds of various colours. These are clouds of thought and
ideas. All the answers to all you want to know are here. Or rather
let's say: All the knowledge is here. This is the Upper Mind Dimension.

How to access this knowledge is another matter! You must try out for
yourself by trial and error what system suits you best.

One system could be to send out a telepathic message which could be as
follows:

" I request that a science professor please access all the information
I need about bullet proof walls. And send this to me by direct
inspiration. I appreciate this. Thanks!. "

Another method could be to ask your 5D computer (chapter 19 exercises
about DNA) to access this information.

There are of course other methods which you have to find out for
yourself, just as many of the great inventors have done before you.
Search for ideas on how to access the information you want, and try
them out until you find the most suitable for you.

D - The Soul Dimension
How to visit the Soul Dimension through the third eye chakra.

After the God Body exercise, sit cross legged, and concentrate on your
third eye chakra between the eyebrows.

You will see a blue circle of light growing bigger and smaller, moving
in and out. This is the third eye chakra or wormhole.

Keep at it until you feel it is big enough, then see yourself walking
into it.

Once you are in, start sending telepathic messages to call those you
want. They will answer telepathically, each one presenting
himself/herself with a photographic picture and a statement of their
identity.

For instance you can ask to see your friends, asking them to come
forward with their names and their specialities or occupations.

Or you could ask your "sister soul" to present herself/himself, give
you her/his name, and tell you her/his present location.

Or you could ask for a specialist in the subject that interests you to
present himself, giving his name and experience.

Then start having a telepathic conversation with the person or group
that interests you.

The various experiences you can have in this dimension are limitless.

But let us now hurry on to the last and most exciting of these
dimensions, the Spirit dimension

E - The Spirit Dimension
Now you are going to have the most fantastic of all experiences. You
are going to enter the space occupied by all the Saints.

We saw in ch.19, ex.1 and 2 the crown chakra moving up in the shape of
a cone, then we saw the sides moving outwards and downwards to join
with the sides of the base chakra that were moving upwards, thus
forming the God Body.

But the central part of the crown chakra continues upwards into the
Spiritual dimension. This is the doorway by which we can enter the
Spiritual dimension, and by which a Saint can enter our body. The
doorway by which Jesus can enter to perform his miraculous cures, or
His interventions on our DNA, or just to talk with us. We will now
follow upwards with this central portion, and what we will find up
there is absolutely fantastic. All the saints you ever heard off are
here.

They are all, now, all around you. Think of Jesus, and you'll find Him
here, there, and everywhere. Saints are huge and seem to occupy the
whole of space simultaneously. Similarly with Mary, Mohammad, Kryon,
Ashtar ....

Now is the time to talk and get to know them. While you are having a
discussion with Jesus, He can well be having a simultaneous discussion
with others, or helping in an intervention in a hospital. So don't
worry about taking up His time.

In chapter 19 we introduced you to many saints. You can now talk to
them, one by one. Call them by name. They hear you immediately, and
they all have immense love and affection for you.

So while you are here, get familiar with this concept of being
everywhere at the same time. It is difficult for us to understand this
while here on the 3D world, but don't worry, we'll all be there one
day, and we'll understand everything. Grin!

Curing yourself, or getting cured, by a Spirit from this dimension.
Relax completely on your back. Make sure you are in the God Body. If
not, get in! See all your chakras joined by a growing column of light,
then go upwards to your head. Create your God Body, then go upwards
through the centre into the Spiritual domain.

Send out your telepathic message: I need somebody who can cure that
pain in my chest.
Somebody is sure to rush in! I can! I can!
And you will be told what to do. You could for instance receive a
message to put your hand on your chest as a Reiki practitioner would
do. And while your hand is there and you can feel the warmth pouring
in, you may think about something else. So you send out a second
message: Ah! My liver! And the answer which would come back immediately
could be: Put your other hand there!
After a while you would get a message that : Ok all is over now. You
can take your hands away.

And the most phantasmagorical experience you will ever get, is the
immense love and affection you can feel from all those in this
dimension! You will feel Them all embracing you and sending you their
messages: We love you so much! You will feel that they are so happy to
be of service!

Every person doing these exercises will receive a personalised
experience which is not necessarily identical to that of the others.
So please tell us of yours. We all still have a lot to learn about
these dimensions!

Before closing, let me tell you about my experience of the past few
days.
Monday morning I woke up with a partial paralysis of the right side of
my body. While having my shower I had to keep supporting myself on the
walls, and then I wobbled my way back to bed.
As the family woke up, they gradually realized that I had to be taken
to hospital urgently, the first few hours being crucial.
For three days I had all the tests you can imagine. After each test,
the same remarks: Nothing! Perfect! Like a young boy!
And I kept smiling sheepishly to myself! How could I tell them I had
talked to Jesus! Grin!
