Based on a recent survey of the topics' average quality on RAHE, I
think
that the absentees are right. ;-)

I'm not aware of any others who are missing, but Arny is the only
recent non-voluntary absentee that I'm aware of. And the typical
debates on DBTs are going strong without him, so it doesn't seem that
the moderators have quashed that discussion either.

I think you might not be acquainted with Slut's act here on RAO. She
tries to run intereference for the Krooborg because she thinks it will
stir up flames. Also, you may have noticed that she recently admitted
having been slammed in some way for making equally stupid posts on other
groups (French ones). But we've seen her silly routines now and most on
this group know she's just a troll.

One hallmark of a troll is not caring what people say to you because
getting them to notice you is the ne plus ultra. This is the same
behavior that Krooger exhibits, and also a thing called Torrie****s.
Sometimes they try to participate in discussions, but they invariably
say something stupid, and rather than admitting it, they dig in. Krooger
calls that behavior "the debating trade", which is apt for him since
he's suffering from the delusion that posting on Usenet is a "career".
Slut hasn't yet divulged any clues about why she trolls RAO
specifically. Unlike Krooger, though, she occasionally makes "jokes"
involving garden fruit and sexual perversions.

Anyway, it's pointless to take her seriously, especially on the question
of the Krooborg.
