In the interests of making the contest more even, permit me to make a
few suggestions:

1. "precocious" means "at a young age". Thus if George were capable of the
sex act at a young age, he would be precociously sexual. Usually this is
accompanied by hypertrichinosis (excessive hairiness), since it is due to a
hormonal imbalance.
2. If you intend to say that George shoots off too soon, then the correct
term would be "premature ejaculation". Presumably this can be remedied by
application of a rubber band.
3. "Federate" means to form a super-association. For example, in Star Trek,
there was a "Federation" of planets. Trade unions also federate to form
trade associations. However, people do not federate, because people are
atomic units of the social order.
