REALJAZZCAT (a.k.a. Mark Kawecki) continues to run his fake gold pin
tube auctions on eBay. He has been doing this for at least four
months now, 40+ auctions at over $6000. He buys tubes under his
2USOLUTIONS ID, gold-plates the pins and then resells the tubes as
genuine, original, premium tubes. Here are two examples of his

No phone number. No verifiable email address. Hiding behind sockpuppets

"Consistently Low"? What a laugher. Others are far lower on Ebay and
elsewhere.

Except "Robert Benson" was ejected from TCInternet. Also ejected from Ebay,
wherethey established another account and loaded it up with phony "praise".
A known scammer tactic used to support the scam.

The St. Paul city treasurer's office, can find no such business
registered in St. Paul! The only two words people know with "sound
emporium" is "certified scamsters"!!!

Then there is what SENNHEISER USA has said:

Bob Morein is an unemployed and unemployable 40 year old alleged pederast

I see no evidence that the domain "worldjazz.com" belongs to McCarty, it in
fact is listed to companies that have listed lots of domains. None look to
be remotely connected to McCarty. Some of them like this one look to be
"recycled" domain names; left to lapse by the owners they are scooped up by
automated systems and recycled into perhaps what is an investment scheme.

I picked up some new information about McCarty, in particular, his
connection with a noted "boiler room", ie., a high pressure outfit that
sells fraudulent securities. Below are some interesting links to
Benson-Miller-Dupont and the Thai investment fraud scene.

Your "links" to a boiler room scam are NOT to the listed company, it is a
different name. It may or may not be similar, and may very well be a scam.
I received a packet of information from the firm that looks dodgy to me.
However what does it have to do with anyone named McCarty? Nothing. Nada.
Zilch.

Continuing McCarty's habitual prevarication, "Carole Ahern" (see below)
does not exist. McCarty dredged up the story of the backpacker from an old
news article about Benson-Miller. In fact, there's no evidence that McCarty
ever raised a dime.

If a boiler room is involved, they've probably raised hundreds of thousands
by now. That's what they do. You haven't stopped anything, and probably
just assisted them in "promoting" a dodgy investment.


If you have evidence you've "stopped" a boiler room scheme, good on you.
However I don't think you've done it. People targeted in investment schemes
are unlikely to be reading audio newsgroups for investment information. And
the scheme looks to be raising money, judging by what they sent off to me.

I think you're being blinded by your obsessive attraction to McCarty,
Kruger, and others on the cinema groups where you've done the same kinds of
baseless attacks. May I suggest some serious psychological intervention to
break your psychotic episodes.

Here here! I second this sentiment. Jeff is a superb engineer and teacher,
and his contributions to the advancement of the art are legendary (including
his ditching "interference" mics in favor of cardiods).

I'd love him to get the guy. I'd also like to see his recording studio
project with Brian McCarthy get up, and it would seem there might be
adequate clout in this group to give it an assist.
