"Audio Tweakers" continues to advertise as
"Incorporated" even though they clearly are not! A serious violation of
business law in Florida, already reported to the attorney general.

And the Planatation, Florida city clerk has advised that "Audio Tweakers" is
also not registered in their city, as required. They have begun an
investigation of this "garage" business and have also reported this
non-registration to the Florida tax department.

A prolific purveyor of audio items more appropriate for the dumpster from
which they were "rescued". He advertises his "business" as "Audio.net", a
domain name he has stolen from the rightful owners.

Greenville County SC, has NO business license for him. They have begun a
zoning investigation regarding his activities at 10 King George Road. The
SC Tax Commission also has no registration for Mr. Drescher's "business",
and likewise are investigating his evasion of business license fees as well
as relevant sales and other taxes a real business would be required to pay.

He is also under investigaton by the Greenville County sheriff, for failure
to register as a secondhand goods dealer, Section 28-31 of the state code.
This is a common way to unload "hot" gear, and the reason this law was
enacted in South Carolina.

KEN DRESCHER also advertises the "Ebike", a quality product from a company
owned in part by Lee Iacocca.

Unfortunately however, Ken Drescher is NOT a dealer for THIS product,
EITHER!!!! Recently revised website to say he's selling "demos". Can't have
a demo if you're not a dealer!

be investigated.

Website belongs to Ilarion Bilynsky, with a residential address of 8232
Narvon Street in Philadelphia. No business phone, and no business listing
anywhere.

Philadelphia and the State of Pennsylvania require businesses to be licensed
and fictitious names registered. Mr. Bilynsky has done neither.

demands payment via Paypal, the scammers best friend. Since he cannot

Joshua Cintron is a dealer that spams the newsgroup on a regular basis. The
business is called "Savant Audio", and is located at 287 Clarksville Road in
Princeton Junction, NJ. The business address looks to be a residential
address, and is also owned by Mary Mallery.

There is NO such business registered with the State of New Jersey, as
required however. The only business registered to Mr. Cintron is a software
company. New Jersey also requires a pawnbroker's license to sell used audio
equipment. No business telephone is listed to this "business" either.

The investigation will continue after more information is returned from the
New Jersey state taxation department as well as the city government offices.
