If you ever wonder what is meant by the phrase "he/she plays MUSICALLY",
here is a great example. I love this guy's playing, and on a personal
level, he's such a sweet, gentle soul.

Quite serene, beautiful, delicate, melodious.

Here's another gem....

BTW did you hear about Robert King.. :-(

Crap.... I hope he's innocent; I'm a fan of his interpretations.

Looked at it.

First of all, the quality of the sound is pathetic.

The second, the music itself is dull and predicatable. Of course, it is
serene, nice, warm. But it is totally predictable and boring. Typical
'new age' stuff.

If you want to hear good guitar player, buy CD of Paco De Lucia, or
John McLaugphlin (I hope, I spelled it right :-)

Not germane to the post.

No, it's an arrangement of a folk song.

Lots of notes (which is pretty easy to do, frankly), not much display of
musicality, which is the point of the post.

or
John McLaugphlin (I hope, I spelled it right :-)

You didn't. A great player.

Jenn, the conductor of nothing, disses Paco De Lucia in favour of her gay
friend she's shilling for.

Totally predictable and boring.

Vlad nailed it.

No, the conductor of lots of things over a 25 year career, but whatever;
stay stupid.

He's not gay. But if you are looking for a date, I might be able to fix
you up.

Yes, you are. See ya...

Really? Did you listen as well?

First of all, the quality of the sound is pathetic.

Agreed, but not the point Jenn was making.
I can listen through noise, rumble and distortion if the music is good
enough.
Wow and flutter can't be ignored, though.

How nice it must be to be able to put a label on everything around
you.
Makes one feel secure and in control of things, no?

No you didn't.

Music is irrelevant. CDs will assimilate you. Vinylistance is futile.
