My apologies Mr Ferstler, it appears that I misread the
sales ranking figure for volume of sales.

Amazon's whole list currently has about 4,500,000 entries, so its perfectly
reasonable to say that Ferstler's book has outsold over 3 million other
titles, that Amazon has on sale. ;-)

I am flabbergasted that any copies continue to be sold at
all. One glance at the nine-year-old copyright date would
put off some potential customers.
