Hi all,
I'm thinking about upgrading the speakers for my Onkyo AV receiver (I think the model is TX602 or similar). I have a JBL Northridge sub E150P+JBL Northridge E30 bookshelf speakers. I'm thinkig about using the JBL E30 as surround spekers and buy a pair of JBL E80 as front speakers, which are on sale now. The price has gone down deeply, and they are very good speakers. I think their quality is better than what their price might suggest. I've been also considering KEF iQ7. However, the retailer didn't recommend them to me. According to him, the quality of KEF speakers has gone down dramatically. Indeed, their sound did not impress me much, compared to other KEF speakers I used to listen to in a relative's home. Maybe this is related to the outsorce of production of KEF speakers to China, although I am not sure about this. Any opinion??? Thanks, |
