Default Help me not make a mistake! regarding B&W and Infinity

Here's the deal. All opinions welcome. I have some friends that want
my help building them a modest home theater. They then told me that
they want in-wall speakers. I didn't know anything about them so I
have been trying to research. They are not seasoned audiophiles. I
had them looking in the direction of the B&W line of in-walls (800's
$800 a pair in the front and 500's $400 a pair in the rear.) They
really weren't comfortable spending that much money. I have run
across the Infinity ERS 210's which retail at $399 a pair, for only
$190 a pair. I know there is going to be a difference in sound
quality. I know that my ears could hear the difference from two rooms
over, but I have always regarded Infinity as a brand that the average
Joe would be extremely happy with.
What is killing me is that I cannot listen to the Infinitys or the
B&W's. I am inclined to tell them to save the thousand dollars, but I
don't want them to be unhappy with the final result. Any opinions
would be extremely helpful. Thanks to all in advance.

Frankly I don't see the problem. The B&W's may be better but if the
buyer does not want to spend that much, then the issue is settled. Find
out how much they want to spend and work within their budget.
