My Dearest Mr. Kreuger

I have re-read the incredible article published in Stereophile several times
now, and I have come to the conclusion that the Linn system described is
just what I need. You on the other hand are desirous of my test records
played on my turntable. In light of these facts, I make the following offer.

I will trade you my table and my 5 test records for the Linn system
described in the article. I am sure it makes no difference to you since both
systems are not capable of reproducing music.

Please advise me when you have aquired the components, or better yet, meet
me at my bank with ten thousand eight hundred and forty dollars in plain
denomination $20 bills in a breifcase.

I will advise you as to the banks location after you sign and return this
agreement.

he asked me for in this agreement when and when it is convenient to him.
