My Dearest Mr. Krueger

You have requested, in another thread, that I should digitaize every test
record I have and mail the result to you on a CD. I have never before given
anything away to someone i don't like, but I have sold things to people I
didn't care for. I have a business, although not directly related to music
recording, and I have done some research on pricing. It is with these
factors in mind that I respond to your request thusly:
1. I have identified 5 different test records in my collection
2. The hourly rate I would charge for digitizing these records, without any
processing, would be $95.00/ hour
3. I would charge an additional $50.00 per hour for mastering the CD's
4. I think the recordings could be done in 5 hours, the mastering in 2
hours.
5. There would be a one time shipping and handling charge of $19.95 per CD
6. Since you are asking for recordings of copyrighted materials, I would
need you to procure authorization from the copyright holders for the
recording. I will supply the list of recordings and the copyright holders
names that appear on the recordings to you for a one time fee of $125.00
7. There is a one time, non refundable deposit of $200.00 to cover setup
that would need to be recieved, along with the above mentioned
authorizations, before recording could be started.
8. You may remit $325.00 to me at any time (in accordance with item 12
below), and, as soon as the authorizations are returned to me and vaildated,
recording could be started. I believe it would only require a week or so to
complete the project. (Any cost incurred to validate the authorization will
be billed to you and must be paid before recordings can begin to be made.)
9. The entire balance of charges would need to be paid in full before any
CD's are delivered
10. CD's would be FOB at a location of our choosing, buyer would be
responsible for pickup or delivery.
11. Quality related issues and playability of CD's is not warrantied
12. Please be advised that we do not accept credit cards, personal checks,
or currency. The only form of payment acceptable will be meeting you in
person at an ATM of our choosing and visual inspection of the bills from
said ATM at that time, and the completed deposit of same said bills into an
account of our choosing at another ATM of our choosing.
13. The buyer is responsible for any additional expenses.
14. The buyer shall pay $125.00 for each insult he makes during the project.
Additionally if multiple insults are contained in a single sentence, the
charge shall be doubled.
15. This bid is valid until cancelled by the seller.
16. Any portion of this proposal may be changed by the seller at any time
17. No refunds will be given

Please sign, date and have notarized this agreement and I will be able to
advise you where the first ATM is and when to be there. This agreement has a
$500 cancellation penalty which will be added if the buyer is over 5 minutes
late at the designated ATM, or if said ATM transaction cannot be correctly
completed. Signature of buyer on this agreement certifies compliance to all
conditions contained in it. Any portion of payments due may be demanded by
seller with 12 hour notice. Failure to pay any demand amount shall terminate
this agreement and shall invoke the cancellation penalty. Once signed, buyer
may not cancel this agreement.

Sincerely

Shows what a hypocrite you are, Valle in that you later say:

" I have never before given anything away to someone i don't like"

Unlike you, I've given many worthwhile things to people that I didn't like,
even found to be dispicable.

So Valle, you were lying when you said that you wouldn't stand in the way of
investigating this issue.

I knew it at the time, I just wanted to make a point of your dishonesty.

Thanks for playing!

"My Dearest Mr. Krueger" is a common greeting

I suppose you don't want to buy my CD's?

Thanks for responding

Fecesborg smears himself.

dispicable

Of course there's no such word in any human language as "dispicable".

Not using your spellchecker shows a complete lack of respect for your
victim of the moment.

Dear Mr. Valle:

Why are you being snide and ridiculous? Has it occured to you that there
might actually be something you could learn from sending digital recordings
of your test records to Arny?

Given the fact that Stereophile is famous for being ridiculed for sloppy
evaluations done by people who aren't really qualified to do so, or who
aren't thourough enough for people to learn anything useful from their
reports, it seems wise to spend the small amount of time to make the
recordings and send them.

Try setting your animosity aside and you might learn something you didn't
expect. At the worst you'd only be out a bit of time.

First - I am not about to copy my test records to CD
Second - The man has done nothing but call me names
Third - It was a joke

and finally ...
I don't like him or trust him or his science and I won't promote his quest
in any way
unless of course he signs the contract, and then we shall see ...

I thought it was a good spoof.

Maybe Mikey can come over your house and do all
the copying work for you.

I've seen Arny help with information to people who probably wouldn't **** on
him if he were on fire. Copying your test records would allow you to have
an independent review of their accuaracy. How could this be bad?

Valle is about animosity towards people he disagrees with.

First - I am not about to copy my test records to CD

Typical religious statement from a true believer in vinylism. Valle, I seem
to recall that you're polytheistic and also worship tubism, right? Let
guess - you don't even have a CD burner.

Second - The man has done nothing but call me names.

You started it.

Third - It was a joke

Typical response when cornered - it was a joke.

and finally ...
I don't like him or trust him or his science

It's not my science, but it appears that you're to poorly-read,
poorly-educated and arrogant to know it, Valle.

unless of course he signs the contract, and then we shall see ...

Didn't you just say that your offer of a contract was a joke, right Valle?

Now you think I might sign it? Valle, you might want to avoid contradicting
yourself so blatantly. It supports my claim that you are a joke.

Nicely said, this including my recent attempts to assist that arrogant

Actually, I would probably start out by presuming that they were accurate,

How could this be bad?

I counted four insults and without invoking the terms of the contract
I have decided to charge you an additional "Hostile Customer" fee of $500
This will need to be paid before the contract will be accepted
