I have a need to create cd in volume but these cd are all a little bit
unique and I cannot find a suitable solution.

Problem
======

A business will create a 'master' for it that is basically a multimedia
CD showing various parts of the business for the new customer and
showing them who to talk to for various problems. The business has many
salespersons (whose voice is familiar to the customer). We will record
a welcoming message from each salesperson.

An order for a cd specifies the salesperson. We will take the 'master
template' for that business and add the voice introduction for the
salesperson and create the CD.

There will be many businesses each having its own 'master template'.

I get a generic 'master template' and then add a file that includes the
voice of the particular salesperson welcoming the new customer and
introducing them to the product they just purchased.

Solution
======

Is this a common process?

Is there a machine/process that allows me to merge a master with a
voice track and create one-of-a-kind CD's in high volume?

I may need to create up to 5000 CD's per week.
