What's that? -- S i g n a l @ l i n e o n e . n e t Sorry. My typographical error. The silly AOL Usenet reader does not have a spell checker or I would use it. I meant to say a "Skinner box". A Skinner box is the type of cage used by the famous American psychologist, B.F. Skinner to train rats and other animals. Skinner was famous for developing theories of what has come to be known as operant conditioning. In operant conditioning, a response that has as its consequence a postive reinforcement, for example food, will be repeated as long as the reward is forthcoming. In a typical Skinner box set up, a rat would press a lever or bar attached to a device that would dispence meat pellets. Whenever the rat pressd the bar, he would get "reinforced" with a meat pellet (Under a schedule known as fixed ratio reinforcement where each response would produce a reward. Other types of schedules were also possible). For McKelvy, his idiotic, libelous, psychotic fabrications whenever he sees my name resemble very closely the conditioned responses of a rat in a cage. Here is a reasonable theory to explain his 7 year history of libel, robotic paranoid & delusional fabrications at the sight of my name. Whenever this hatemonger sees my name, his paranoid delusional system takes over and the voices in his head tell him to spew forth some additional smears, insults and other predictable fabvrications. Metaphorically speaking, for a highly conditioned subhuman animal like McKelvy, my name represents the "bar or lever" in the Skinner box (which is RAO or McKelvy's cage), and his delusional belief that he is giving a people a "message" that they agree with is his positive reinforcement. Illiterate spelling of "Skinner Box" Since the "s" key is clearly next door to the "x" key on a standard QWERTY layout keyboard, obviously this is a typo rather the language comprehension issue, thus by calling Bruce "illiterate" you are merely displaying your bitterness toward your superiors. -- S i g n a l @ l i n e o n e . n e t Agreed. For compulsive liars and libelers like Krueger, factual details are irrelevant and indeed, embarassing. It just shows how truly obsessed and committed he is to character assassination and irrational fabrications. Bruce J. Richman |
