Before I plunk down the money on a legal downloadable music service, I
would like to know if the music I get is going to be CD quality. In my opinion, anything lower than 192kbps is not worth burning onto a CD. I'm getting sketchy reports that they all are 128kbps. I'm not interested in a portable player or streaming audio. I just want to burn CDs for use in the home or my car. I would imagine the rec.audio.misc group would be interested in audio quality as well. Cheers. -ba |
