About 8 years ago we built a house and had a need for stereo in
several rooms and outside.
We required multi-disc capabilities.
I ended up with

Volume control for each set of speakers Niles
Power Acurus DIA 100
Source Sony multi-disc
Signal processing Audio Alchemy Digital Transmission Interface and
California Audio Labs Sigma II
Good (not excellent) speaker wiring throughout

I am sure the Hi-Fi world has changed greatly and am wondering about
what upgrades I should make:
Different signal processors?
Different multi-disc players?
Adding a power conditioner?

I feel that the greatest sonic changes can come from these areas,
however, your input would be greatly appreciated.
