Default 5AR4 Tips?

I'm going to be listing a NOS British-made 5AR4
and another that's reboxed for sale.
What are the important points I should put in the descriptions?
I want my listings to be honest and complete, so I thought I'd
ask this time before I listed them.
Thanks very much for your help.

Well if they're British, wouldn't they be a GZ34? None of this US numbering
nonsense! :-)

Most important thing- are they Mullards?

If they have a hole in the tip they're Mullard and will bring more
than the avarage tube.
