Hi all.
one of my Crossovers in my car audio system has blown up and Im now looking to build some new ones.. (the ones I had were premade and did not really sound that good anyway) I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good cross over design & what parts I would need to build it. The speaker configuration is... 6.5 inch Carbon fibre cone woofer/subwoofer. 4 ohms, Power handling 80atts. Freq range 43 hz - 5500hz. Sensitivity 89db 1 meter. Resonant fequency (FS) 43 hz Electrical q factor (qes) 0.471 equivalent volume (Vas) 15.1 lt. voice coil resistance (re) 3.79 ohm. Mechanical Q Factor (qms) 9.758 Total Q Factor (qts) 0.449 Cone area ( sqaure meter) 0.0133.. Tweteeters. power 40 Watts RMS freq response 3khz - 20khz optimum crosever point 10khz. sensitivity 93db 1s/1m any info or referals to web sites is much appreciated. Thanks ..rt |
