Just curious, I use SoundDeluxe Audiophile Card with jumper settings
for +4 or -10 db. While I have +4db out on my Yamaha mixer, I would prefer to bypass the Yamaha electronics by using the preamp inserts. However, the specs rate these as 0db. I haven't connected anything yet, any ideas on the best configuration? Path AKG 1" condenser or MXL smaller condensers No preamp Yamaha mixer SoundDeluxe Card Athlon 2.4 1 GB RAM Cubase VST Thanks, I am an old "tape" guy looking for a little advice from the techie world...take it easy on me! |
