Default Rode S1 any good as an acoustic guitar mic?

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of getting a Rode S1 mic for live vocal duties.

Was just wondering if it would be any good doubling as a second mic
for stereo recording acoustic guitar (in combination with either a
Rode NT1000 or a Marshall V67)?
