Default Just ordered the Cambridge 740 CD

After looking and looking and reading between the Bose New Wave CD and
the Cambridge 740 CD I picked the Cambridge. I hope I made the right
choice. Anyone agree or disagree?

I believe you did. The sound quality of the Cambridge unit has always been
considered superior in the reviews I've read.

See the following 'test'. It should put your mind at ease. By the way,
the Tivoli radios are very very nice, but IMHO the sound reproduction,
while very good, is not as good as either the new Bose Wave Music
System nor the Cambridge Soundworks 740. The Tivolis are more
reasonable, but the Cambridge 740 isn't that much more expensive
considering it has a built in CD as well as superior sound. The Tivoli
Model One is only $99, but is a mono unit. Models two and three are the
ones that are stereo. At any rate, go to the following link:

By the way to the Tivoli Model 3 you'd have to add the CD, second
speaker and subwoofer to the cost, and it still doesn't compare, audio
quality wise to the Cambridge 740 and the new Bose Wave.
