Sabatier manufacture is located at about 60 km from home. I also know
a lot of guy who are working or have worked for knife industry, blades
metallurgy, heat treatment, curing... It is a tradition in my town
since XVIth century...

If you want to share "overwhelming" point of views concerning how to
chose a good knife (or a good Corbières), let me know.
This will avoid to make an "overwhelming" ass of yourself one more
