A seemingly mentally defective putz whose academic
performance is subpar, whose language skills and indeed most basic
thinking skills are impaired by substance abuse and/or mental disease.
Such an individual continually pushes an emotional agenda in every
circumstance, including those where negotiation, compromise, or simple
communication and exchange of views are called for. This person also
overreacts to perceived threats, consequently overstating their degree of
danger in order to justify despicable behavior toward those he labels as
the perpetrators.
