I hope I'm posting to the right group. There seems to be a lot of
traffic here, so hopefully, someone can help. I am experiencing trouble with my HTR-5450 receiver, specifically the subwoofer. There is a loud buzz in all of the speakers when anything but my DVD player (DV-C6280) is connected to the unit. This occurs only while the subwoofer is connected using a 'RCA'(analog) cable. If the subwoofer is connected using the speaker terminals, the buzzing sould does not occur, but the sub output is not as clear. I have tried several brands of cable to alleviate the problem with no success. Can you provide me with any additional ideas to try? Thank you, Joe |
