Default looking for good audio card on market

hello guys, i know this post may be OT here, but i need opinions from
real sound people!

i'm about to buy a new pci card for some editing and mastering job.
i need suggestions for a very simple, but good, card.
requirements a
- spidif or/and aes-ebu in-out;
- two channei in;
- two channel out;
- = 24 bit ad-da resolution.

no onboard mic preamp,
no onboard phono riaa decoder,
no midi interface,
no features like ac3 or dts,

just a good two channels analogue-digital interface to the real
world!!
