Default Adding Output Attenuators to Neve 1066

I have two Neve 1066s that I need to add output volume attenuator pots
to.

What type of wire do I use, sheilded console wire or just two plain
wires?

What about grounding? Do I need to use the drain wire or add a
grounding wire? Where do those wire get connected?

Do I need to keep the DC power supply output wires isolated from the
audio wires like with AC power wires?

Thanks,

Scott
