What type of wire do I use, sheilded console wire or just two plain
wires?

What about grounding? Do I need to use the drain wire or add a
grounding wire? Where do those wire get connected?

Do I need to keep the DC power supply output wires isolated from the
audio wires like with AC power wires?

Sorry to sound condescending (again) but you'd best take this to a
qualified repair shop or send it to someone who does custom mounting
of console modules. What you're wanting to do really isn't difficult,
but your questions are so basic that I'd be afraid of trying to give
you a satisfactory explanation in writing, at least not for free, and
off the top of my head.
