I retract my interdiction on consulting dictionaries. You will find that cackle is usually a verb. Did you mean to burble "you let out a cackle"? If I were describing your typical contribution to an RAO "debate", I'd say you let out a belch. But I wouldn't call you a belch because it's a meaningless slur in this context. |
