Default Hip Hop/Rap beats for rock 'n roll type of guys

My studio is in this building where they also organize events for the kind
of kids that would otherwise be causing trouble on the streets.
These kids like hiphop and rap, and like to rap along.

Since i always leave the studio doors open for fresh air when i work alone
and these kids walk through any open door they see and start playing with
whatever it is they find in the room, they've discovered the studio. They
sure can be messy, noisy and a bit destructive at times but still, i like
them and get along with them as long as i'm being VERY clear about what they
can and cannot touch and play on or with. They like me too, they'll even
bring me food or drinks sometimes when i'm sitting there working on some mix
or another, (and then start playing with the drum kit with whatever they can
find in the room that will work as a drum stick, most of them sure do have a
good sense of rhytm!) And their passion for hip hop culture is great and
genuine, and actually bigger than the passion for music of some of my fellow
'musicians'. So that, along with them being brutal in a funny way, inspires
me.

I'm not a hip hop rap hood kinda guy. I'm more a of a rock 'n roll guy, and
sometimes even a fine arts guy, recording classical piano and pipe organs
and such. Whatever. I promised the kids that we're going to be recording
some rap tracks. In fact, the people organizing those kids events are
actually going to rent a few hours studio time to do just that. Fine with
me.

So... now i need Beatz. And i'm really not into programming beatz myself.
And the kids don't really seem to care as long as it sounds cool, has lots
of bass and they can rap to it. And it shouldn't take long to make
something... anything that takes too long will distract them too much. And
as they don't really have too much budget to rent studio hours for (someone)
actually creating beatz to rap to i'm looking for something ready-made.

Any suggestions for download locations of instant ready-2-go beatz? No need
for musical inventions or refreshing renewments..
Or is there any easy to use software that can give me a usable beat + bass
line and some rythmic sounds literally within 30 seconds?

If you go to a record store that caters to the rap and dance community,
they will have beat records cut on LPs with locked grooves. They should let
you listen to a couple of them. They aren't expensive.
