Which newsgroup is best to post this question?

I'm looking for a lightweight but full size (88 key) MIDI keyboard to feed
Sibelius and perhaps a synth module (soft or hard) later.

Don't need fancy sounds.
Don't need gigging build quality (but I do want it to last).

Suggestions?

My 20-something year old Roland JX-3P didn't would produce a MIDI output
when I pulled it out of the closet today. Anyone want it? It still
plays--just no MIDI.

Thanks. comp.music.midi directed me to M-Audio and Emu.
Both look reasonable.
