I may be a bit nuts in my enthusiasm for "MyTurboPC" software, but it cleared up many problems in an XP machine here, problems similar to the one's you are describing for your i5 machine, Steve King So does it have a version for the Win 7 i5 machine? Gary I've reprogrammed the DELETE key to the tilde key, the one in the upper left corner of the keyboard. That way I can work with the mouse in my right hand and hit delete with my left hand. Much faster for me doing long dialogue edits, cutting out bad takes, etc. Steve |

No version of CoolEdit Pro has ASIO support and Audition didn't have it until version 2 at the earliest. Rick Ruskin Lion Dog Music - Seattle WA http://www.liondogmusic.com |

It seems like you have real problems with just typing search words into google or some similar website. You may not believe yet, how easy it can be... ;-) Besides that, you can be quite sure, that a) *most* software for XP will also run under Win7 just fine (I have MS Office 2000, for example) b) *most* software makers will offer their products at least as Win7-compatible nowadays. Many even claim Win8-compatibility. So, put your worries and assumptions aside and just go at it. There´s a 99% chance, that you worried about nothing, that exists in reality. ;-) |
