True enough. I recently saw where a man in GB was complaining because the new, and highly rated Magneplanar MG-1.7s (I've heard them, they are VERY good sounding speakers, easily bettering some other highly-touted speakers costing 5X what the Maggies cost) which retail for under $2K in the States are almost (the equivalent of) $3K in the UK. |
