I have seen a few different ones, so I don't think it is a standard.
If it fits the holes and couples the body to the shell, then it's a
go. Using aluminum, brass or stainless steel may have some magnetic
advantages, so be careful about the material. In general, the greater
the thread pitch, the better the torque and resistance to loosening.
Rega uses an allen head, which is especially nice for tightening
without fiddling around trying to line-up a slot with a somewhat
similarly shaped and sized blade.

Don't know about anyone else, but my collection of them is of enough
different diameters and thread pitches that it sometimes gets
frustrating to match up a screw with a proper nut.

Of course, this is a decades-old collection of those things, judging by
the stylus-missing Shure M55E cartridge body that has lived in the same
bin for as long as I can remember. That cartridge is from the mid-1960s.
