Apparently all the electronics is in the SubWoofer(the subwoofer as far as I can tell is fine), the PS-5 is a pretty simple device and it looks like an easy task to replace the components, if I knew where to get them. I can find no information about Design Acoustics on the Net, I know its an Audio Technica company, See my comments I made a few minutes ago to your other post on this topic. but the AT site doesn't have any information on them. So call them and ask for advice, parts, help, etc. I've also crossposted my response to rec.audio.tech, just in case anybody there has comments to add. I am perfectly happy with the speaker system, if I could get it back to its original glory. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Barry |
