Are there any cheap analog mixers that have at least 8 post/pre fader
switchable direct outs? The only ones I found are the Spirit SX and FX.

Something like a Behringer UB2442 has 8 direct outs which are post fader,
but every channel also has a TRS insert point that you could use as a pre
fader out.

And it's cheap, if that's your major consideration.
