Krooger's "good behavior" on other groups.......

Remember, we've got an estimate of 29,000 posts on the topic on all NG forums. The old saw is "call me what you want, but please mention my name!" 20+ years ago a small number of editors who controlled print media were able to supress ABX if they wanted to.
