Default Amp's hiss sound

I know most of the hum sound of my amp came from the ground loop and I was
able to make a better gounding for my amp to resolve it. However, the hiss
sound that remains in the speaker (that came from pre-amp and power amp),
any better way to make it quieter?

Does the amplifier have level controls? If so, try turning down the controls
to half-way (or something) and see if the hiss is quieter. If it is, you'll
have to turn up the volume on the preamp for the same output level from the
speakers, but the hiss will be quieter.

If adjusting the amplifier's level controls does not have an affect, you may
not be able to do anything to help. All amps have a noise floor.

There is a very remote possibility that the AC power is noisy enough to
increase the hiss from the amp. But I wouldn't bet on it.

Quieter electronic components.

Fixing that it typically more trouble than buying a better one of a
better design.
