"Mikey" wrote in message om... I'd be nervous about having every backup file physically in the same machine. Things get knocked over (sometimes by cats, but that's a different story), power surges happen, fires, theft, etc. I sleep better with my .bkp files in another physical location. I was thinking about that. I'm going to go with the DVD burner. Different location def. a good idea:-)) Thanks!! --litepipe Look into the TDK. I think it's a classic case of paying a little more but being well worth it. Mine was about $100 after rebate and both the hardware and software are rock solid. Whereas My Sony CDRW was a royal PITA due to bad software. Mikey Nova Music Productions |
