I find it hard to believe that there are that many horrible computer
power supplies out there, but I now that they're not designed to power
audio equipment. However the manufacturers of computer audio equipment
know what they're up against and the better ones have (hopefully)
designed their equipment to be impervious to all but the nastiest
power supplies.

Some RME users have encountered not having a beefy enough psu...i tink
they recommend 400w enermax. The card just won't work on a low power
one...won't effect sound quality though.
