Would it be that much of a pain to add the track markers after the
recording has finished?

Forge will only run one copy, Nuendo doesn't seem to do TRACK markers (and

*) Independent start/stop or punch in/punch out at least.

*) Ability to quickly zoom in/zoom out of the waveform, set markers, and
have them saved with the file or in an easily readable separate file

Anything out there for me? Or do I run one copy of WaveLab and one of Sound
Forge (ick)?
