Hi!
I was wondering if you guys could offer me some guidance in regard to my home/hobby studio. I have the following gear: Mackie 1202vlz mixer Boss Cl 50 compressor Presonus Tubepre Mic preamp Line-6 Pod pro Behringer Tube Ultrafex processor " " Ultra Q parametric EQ Sometimes I'm in a hurry to record some ideas and everything is setup to transfer my band's rehearsal from MD to PC, when I get the mic pre out of the closet, find the ac adapter and plug everything in the idea is gone. So I've been thinking about putting everything in a rack stand and plug everything into a patchbay, so that all configs are just a patch cable away. I'm wanting to confirm if with this amount of gear this really a good idea and if one patchbays will be enough. (thinking about the Behringer PX1000 or Px3000) Thanks a lot in advance Jens |
