Shows that these aren't really IEMs, they are ear buds or on-ear listening
devices. Because they do not seal with the ear canal they tend to be short
of deep bass.

You're splitting hairs, Dormer. You said that they are in-ear headphones.

> I said they are in-ear headphones.. which is exactly what they are.

Actually, they are on-ear headphones. They sit on the pinnae, they don't
enter the hearing canal.

Tain't no such thing.

Inability to quote or cite possibly non-existent document noted.

Talk about limited aspirations! 100 Hz is not deep bass, its mid-bass.

80 Hz is a fair crossover point for a good woofer!

Tell us about all the high-end true IEM's you have listened to, Dormer.

The picture seems to speak for itself.

Google lied to me, right?

I almost thought I saw a glimmer of feeling in your comment, Arnold.

Dormer, I take it that you have no idea of how a true IEM works, eh?

Knowing what I know, I couldn't possibly make the claim that an ear bud-like
transducer has an acoustical seal with *anything*.

Concha refers to the external ear, not the ear canal.

Ordinary headphones of the Sennheiser HD 580 work on a similar purpose and
arrangment.

Dormer, please let me know when you're through playing with words.
