Default Midas Venice any good?

but mostly it lost out to the lX/7 beacuse the Midas aux sends are Two

set
pre , two set post , and two switchable
the Lx/7 is 4 switchable in pairs and two set post
so what I can do with the lx/7 that I can not do with the midas is use it
as a small 6 mix on stage monitor

So you'll use post fader aux sends for a monitor mix? If not, you only have
4 on the LX7 and you could have 4 on the Midas by switching two to prefade.
The LX7 does seem more flexible as far as pre/post aux switching, but your
example is bad.

when used as a DEDICATED monitor desk post fade auxes are perfered
The midas can only supply 4
the lx/7 can supply 6
