Looking for an AMR Wideband Plus converter
I am looking for a program, which can convert this format to something
more normal, like PCM Wave. The format creator is at www.voiceage.com. Here's an example file: http://www.iscb.de/audio/3gptest.3gp Can anybody here hear and / or convert this? If so, with which program can it be done? Thanks *** Michael Lang *** |
